Exchanges:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products. It is the customers responsibility to get the correct ring size from a jewellery store. Ask them for the letter sizing. We also do not buy our products back from customers.
If a stone falls out within 7 days after the date of purchase:
If a stone falls out of your ring within 7 days of purchase, we will gladly cover the courier costs for the repair to ensure it is resolved quickly and hassle-free. After the initial 7-day period, the repair itself remains completely free; however, the customer will be responsible for the courier fees. We offer two delivery options for your convenience: The Courier Guy at R200 (3–4 working days to us and 3–4 working days back), or PAXI (Pep to Pep) at R120 (7–9 working days to us and 7–9 working days back).
