What metal is 18K GP?

18K GP stands for White Gold Plated. The rings are made from copper/zinc alloy. Plated rings must not be used in water/sanitizers. The plating will eventually wear off no matter what. Sweat in the hands, wear and sulfur in the air all contribute to the plating wearing off faster. We recommend wearing rings like this on special occasions and not everyday.
